You deserve a space where your experience is honored with care, sensitivity, and compassion.
Hi, I'm Alison.
We face many challenges in life that test us, strengthen us, and change us as individuals. Sometimes navigating these challenges requires additional support. As your therapist, I provide compassionate therapy for women experiencing infertility, reproductive stress, pregnancy loss, and the emotional challenges of trying to conceive. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel understood without judgment. Together, we create a space where all of your emotions are welcome: the sadness, anger, fear, numbness, resentment, hope, and exhaustion that can be difficult to share with others.
I understand that infertility is not just a medical experience; it is an emotional and deeply personal one. Many women I work with feel pressure to stay positive, hold everything together, or continue functioning while carrying invisible grief. Therapy can be a place to step out of survival mode and reconnect with yourself with more compassion and support.
Reaching out to seek counseling can elicit all kinds of emotions. You might feel overwhelmed and scared, anxious and unsure, or empowered and curious. Know that wherever you are in the process, I will be here to support you in the joy, the sorrow, and all the emotions in between.

My Approach
I am a trauma-informed therapist and my work integrates evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and self-compassion therapy to help clients process grief, reduce anxiety, navigate relationship stress, and feel more emotionally grounded during an uncertain season of life.
Whether you are navigating fertility treatments, unexplained infertility, recurrent loss, difficult emotions around pregnancy announcements, or fears about the future, therapy can help you feel less alone and more supported through the journey.
You deserve softness in a difficult season.
