Online Individual Therapy

I am a trauma-informed therapist and my work integrates evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and self-compassion therapy to help clients process grief, reduce anxiety, navigate relationship stress, and feel more emotionally grounded during an uncertain season of life.

Whether you are navigating fertility treatments, unexplained infertility, recurrent loss, difficult emotions around pregnancy announcements, or fears about the future, therapy can help you feel less alone and more supported through the journey.

You deserve a space where your experience is honored with care, sensitivity, and compassion.

Learn More About OON Insurance Benefits

I do not take insurance directly, but I am an Out Of Network Insurance provider.  What does that mean?  If you have Out Of Network Insurance benefits, your insurance provider may cover part of the cost of therapy depending on your plan. Each month, I can provide you a superbill (a receipt) to submit to your insurance company for you to be reimbursed by the portion your insurance will cover.  This also allows you to pay for therapy sessions using pre-tax dollars with your FSA or HSA card.

Payment Options

Carolina Infertility Counseling is a private pay practice.  Cash and credit card are accepted forms of payment.  Insurance is not currently accepted. If you would like to submit a receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement for an HSA or FSA account, a monthly receipt can be provided to submit to your insurance company. Some health insurance companies will reimburse clients for counseling services and some will not.  In addition, most will require a diagnosis of a mental-health condition and indicate that you must have an “illness” before they will agree to reimburse you.  Some conditions for which people seek counseling do not qualify for reimbursement.
